For a menu to appear in Zonal Delivery, the menu must have the platform "Zonal Delivery" ticked as well as "Delivery" for its Order Mode in Menu Manager.
An Availability Profile must also be configured against the menu for the applicable site(s) and sales area(s). As availability is configured in Zonal Delivery, the Availability Profile should be set as all day everyday.
For a site to appear in Zonal Delivery, the site must have "Delivery" Order Mode enabled in Site Manager.
If the "Delivery" Order Mode is not listed in Ordering Manager then it has not been enabled for the Estate and should be requested to be added once commercials have been agreed.
All menu changes can be made in iOrder Platform's Menu Manager.
Menus in Zonal Delivery will not publish without adding Menu Hours to them. Menu Hours can be added or updated by clicking on "Manage Hours" on a particular menu.
Zonal Delivery uses iOrder Platform to inject the order into Aztec.
Aztec should be configured for Remote access

Zonal Delivery is our new cost-effective and user-friendly platform for managing delivery service providers, offering seamless integrations with the three major online ordering and delivery services, simplifying multi-channel and multi-unit menu management.
Zonal Delivery offers a seamless integration with the three major delivery service providers, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
Orders are accepted within 3 minutes, otherwise cancelled.
If the order fails hitting the POS the behavior depends on if the site has a Just Eat tablet or not:
-
Site has Tablet - order is displayed here
-
Site has NO tablet - the order is cancelled
If there is a red outline on the DSP icon this means there is a error publishing the menu.
To find out more about the error select the drop down arrow next to the Publish all button.
Then next to the DSP icon, hover over the i icon, this will then display the message from the DSP API.
If there is a yellow warning triangle on the delivery service partner icon this means that the menu in Zonal Delivery is out of sync with the menu on the partner.
This could happen because:
-
The iOrder sync has been completed and products or pricing has changed
-
A pricing override has been applied in Zonal Delivery
To resolve this, just publish the menus to the affected delivery service partner.
